Our field is closed until further notice

Our field is closed until further notice per Ford Motor Company. There are some issues with the road that need to be resolved. Bob McDonald and I met with them today and we hope that things will be settled in a couple of weeks. They will be putting down a ground asphalt road for us. I won't get into the details of the issues in this posting. Anyone with questions are welcome to call Bob or myself. My email is on the newsletter. .

Bottom line do not go on the property for any reason. We do not have a lease that is current and they have requested this. If you choose to ignore this you are trespassing and complicating the issue and causing us to lose our field for the long term.

We are a family oriented club with many years of experience in both u-control and radio flying. The nicely mowed control line and radio flying fields are located in Westland, Michigan between Merriman Rd. and Henry Ruff Rd. The entrance is off of Henry Ruff Rd., just south of Michigan Ave.
