Training night.

Wednesday Afternoons.

come out to see if flying model aircraft is for you!!!

Starting around 5:30 ISH weather permitting. on every Wednesday evening till dusk. Instructors will be available to help you learn to fly.  how we do this is one transmitter is plugged into another transmitter using a training cord See Illustration 1 , the original transmitter (Master) is the Instructors box and the students transmitter is called the a buddy box. after both radios are tuned together the Instructor will get the craft airborne and then give the control to the buddy box (student) the Instructor will then talk the student thru basic leveling and banking maneuvers once the student is convertible doing this the student will progress into other maneuvers such as basic banks, circles or box patterns.

bring a plane or use ours, Most generally we will have one or two trainers available,

In general its best if you have a trainer plane of your own, because every plane fly's a little bit different, even if you buy 3 alike planes chances are that all three of them will fly similar but yet different. they may have the same flight Characteristics but one may be a little slower to climb or one may be slower to bank, and yet another be a little slower to recover.

If you bring your own plane we will inspect it and help you get it air worthy, Its Best to learn on your own plane for many reasons.

What we have found about different Trainers are.

NEXTSTAR:
